1. The service
Ring Schedule reads a dog show judging program PDF that you upload or link to, and builds a personal schedule for the breeds you pick, which you can view, print or save as images. It works with programs from several AKC superintendents. We may improve, change or stop features over time.
2. Not official: always check the program
Ring Schedule is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the American Kennel Club (AKC), any show-giving club or any superintendent (including InfoDog, Jack Bradshaw, Onofrio, BaRay Events, Foy Trent and Rau). Their names are used only to describe which programs the tool can read.
Ring Schedule is for helping purposes only. Schedules are generated automatically from third-party programs, which can change, contain errors or be read incorrectly. You should double-check your schedule against the official judging program and any announcements at the show.
We are not responsible for dogs, breeds, classes, times, rings or judges that are missing from or wrong in a generated schedule, or for any missed judging that results. We are also not responsible for missed entries, fees or any other loss from relying on a schedule made with Ring Schedule.
3. Your account
- You need an account with a valid email address and a password. Give accurate information and keep your password private.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
- Accounts are for one person. Don't share your sign-in or resell access.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe.
4. Free trial, billing and canceling
- Price. Ring Schedule costs $9.99 per month (US dollars, plus any applicable tax).
- Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You enter a card at sign-up, but nothing is charged during the trial. One free trial per person and per account.
- Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $9.99 when the trial ends and then every month on the same date until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
- Canceling. You can cancel any time from your Account page. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the trial or the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds. Payments are not refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's fixed.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
5. Acceptable use
Please use Ring Schedule only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using the service;
- try to get around sign-in, payment or access controls, or use someone else's account;
- copy, resell, rent or offer the service to others, or build a competing product from it;
- scrape the site, run automated or excessive requests, or use the PDF link feature to fetch anything other than judging programs;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it, or upload anything harmful, such as malware;
- interfere with the service or other users.
6. Programs you load and our content
Judging programs belong to their publishers. Only load programs you are allowed to access. Uploaded PDFs are read in your browser and are not sent to us (see the Privacy Policy). Schedules you make are for your personal use.
The Ring Schedule name, logo, site and software belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. They don't give you any other rights.
7. No warranties
Ring Schedule is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will always be available, error-free or able to read every program.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, entry fees, travel costs, missed classes or ring times, or lost data, even if we were told they were possible. This includes any loss caused by dogs, breeds, classes, times, rings or judges that are missing from or wrong in a generated schedule. Our total liability for any claim related to Ring Schedule is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
9. Ending your access
You can stop using Ring Schedule and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account, contact us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or don't pay, and we may end the service entirely. If we end the service for reasons other than your breach, we'll give reasonable notice where possible and won't charge you for periods after it ends. Sections 2 and 6 through 11 continue to apply after your access ends.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and for important changes we'll email you before they take effect. If you keep using Ring Schedule after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
